You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

PetNutri offers pet profiles, health and weight logs, vaccination planning, general nutrition tools, meal planning, a member community and a demonstration marketplace. Features may change, pause or be discontinued.

You remain responsible for all decisions about your pet. PetNutri content, calculations, reminders, recommendations and community posts are general information, not veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

You keep ownership of content you post. You give PetNutri a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, improve and promote the service within the app.

You must have permission to upload content and must not infringe privacy, copyright or other rights. Remove sensitive details before posting to the community.

Do not misuse the service, impersonate a professional, harass others, spread dangerous advice, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, scrape data, send spam or use PetNutri to harm people or animals.

Pricing and shop screens are currently previews. PetNutri does not yet take payment, activate paid plans, place orders or ship goods. Separate checkout, renewal, cancellation, refund and seller details will be presented before any real transaction.

You may stop using PetNutri at any time. We may restrict or remove accounts or content that violate these terms, create risk, or are required to be removed by law. You may request account deletion through support.

PetNutri is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed reminders, inaccurate user content, or decisions made using general recommendations. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@petnutri.app before filing a claim so we can try to resolve it informally.
