Marketplace & Subscription Terms

The marketplace catalogue, cart, delivery form and product orders remain demonstrations. No goods are sold or shipped through the marketplace.

PetNutri Premium subscription payments are processed securely by Razorpay. PetNutri does not receive or store your complete card, bank or UPI credentials. Razorpay may process payment and identity information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Recommendations use species, goals and allergy information in the selected pet profile. They are automated suggestions, not endorsements, prescriptions or guarantees that a product is safe. Check labels and consult your veterinarian.

Premium costs ₹399 monthly or ₹3,999 annually and renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the current paid period. You can cancel from the Billing page.

A new account receives one seven-day trial for one pet. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, except where required by law or for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge. Email support@petnutri.app for billing help.
