Privacy Policy

Account information includes your email address, encrypted sign-in credentials, display name, profile image and sign-in provider. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides the details needed to authenticate your account.

Pet information may include name, species, breed, birthdate, sex, photographs, weight and target weight, activity level, allergies, conditions, medications, vaccinations, daily observations, care goals and notes you choose to enter.

Community information includes posts, comments, likes, channel activity, pet tags and uploaded images. Marketplace preferences include product filters and recommendations generated from a selected pet's profile.

We use information to provide your account, organise pet records, calculate general nutrition and weight guidance, plan meals, show reminders, personalise product suggestions, operate community features, provide support and protect the service.

Pet profile details may be analysed by rule-based features to suggest calorie targets, ingredients to avoid and relevant shop items. These results are informational and are not veterinary diagnoses.

Your display name, profile image, posts, comments, likes, expert role and any pet details or images you deliberately include in a post can be seen by other signed-in members. Community images may be accessible through a public image link. Do not post confidential information.

We use Lovable Cloud infrastructure to operate authentication, databases and image storage, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process limited information to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We may disclose information where legally required, to protect users or animals from serious harm, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Pet and account records are protected by account-based access controls. No online service can promise absolute security, so use a strong password and protect your device.

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for support, safety or legal obligations. Deleted pet records remove related logs. Community content may remain where necessary to preserve conversations or meet legal duties.

You may update your name and pet records in the app. To request access, correction, export, account deletion, consent withdrawal or grievance review, email support@petnutri.app from your registered address. We may verify your identity before acting.

Until self-service account deletion is added, deletion requests are handled through support. We aim to respond promptly and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is legally required.

PetNutri is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
