Community Guidelines
These standards help PetNutri remain useful, welcoming and safe for pet parents and professionals.
Effective and last updated: 12 September 2026
Be respectful and constructive
Discuss ideas without harassment, threats, hateful conduct, bullying or personal attacks. Do not shame people for asking questions or caring for their pets differently.
Protect health and safety
Do not present guesses as diagnoses, encourage dangerous treatment, tell someone to ignore a veterinarian, promote animal cruelty, or impersonate a vet or nutritionist. Urgent concerns should be directed to local veterinary care.
Protect privacy and ownership
Only share photos and information you have the right to post. Avoid addresses, phone numbers, medical documents or other identifying details. Remember that member posts and public image links can be copied by others.
Prohibited content
No unlawful material, scams, spam, deceptive promotions, explicit content, malware, copyright infringement, sale of controlled products, or content that exploits people or animals.
Moderation and reporting
PetNutri may review, limit or remove content and suspend accounts to enforce these standards or comply with law. Email support@petnutri.app with the post details to report a concern. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days where practicable.
Professional badges
Only authorised accounts may use Verified Expert labels. Credentials may expire or change. Advice remains general unless a professional separately establishes a formal clinical relationship with you.
